Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created here at The Broke and the Bookish. This feature was created because we are particularly fond of lists here at The Broke and the Bookish. We'd love to share our lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists!

This week's topic is Top Ten Favourite Characters in Books:

Lisa and I decided to change it up this tuesday since we love our fictional males! so our top ten favourite characters will be all males. #1-5 is Lisa's favourite and #6-10 is Kelly's favourite.

1. Edward from Twilight
Hello! it's Edward Cullen do I really need to go into detail .

2. Sam from Linger by Maggie Steifvator
Oh! Sam how you made me fall so fast and so hard, I loved how he was so protective of Grace, but yet so manly. He made me fall for a  character in a book which I would have not normally fall for a wolf! which is awesome since Jacob (Twilight) didn't do it for me.

3. Adam from Shiver by Tahereh Mafi
OMG! I have been talking non stop about this man since I finished Shatter Me, he is such a I don't even have the words to describe Adam he just made my body melt from head to toe! and everyone who is Team Warner your nuts...lol its all about Team Adam!

4. Raphiem from House Of Night by P.C Cast and Kristin Cast
Ok I know Raphiem started out as the bad guy but what a hot villain he was he had me from day one. I just felt such a pull to his character I especially loved how he and Stevie Rae, felt the same mixed emotions regarding their own personal life's and used that to help built their relationship on.

5. Lend from Paranormalcy by Kiersten White
Lend my shape-shifter  unknown paranormal being whatever you are ?? I found you to be something truly amazing and you being  so down to earth was a refreshing character to me and an awesome breathe of fresh air. I love how you wanted nothing more than to keep Evie, happy and safe and most of all for helping her become what she always dreamed of being just a normal girl .

6. Archer from Hex Hall by Rachel Hawkins

OMG I love how Archer is the guy who you hate in the beginning and love towards the end. He is a typical guy for me but a sexy one at that. I love how Sophie is automatically drawn to him even when he just finished dissing her. I would totally do the same thing!
Men you hate them and then you love them and then hate them again. Isn't that how love works? Sophie did a great job at breaking through the cocky guy act. My favourite scene was their kiss in the cellar ugh I wish it was me !!

7.Henry from Goddess Test by Aimee Carter

I love how Henry is supposed to be this hard core guy who has this wall up and acts like he can only love Persephone then towards the end of the second book you see him change his colours and actually expresses how much he cares about Kate.

8.Jack from Everneath By Brodi Ashton

Jack made my heart melt in this book. I actually cried reading this book which is so rare for me. Jack is the perfect catch, hes sexy, popular and so damn sweet. Honestly I wish I had him in my life! He makes me believe in true love. The love he had for Nikki is so powerful and so moving it would make any girl swoon over him.

9.William from Oppression By Jessica Therrien

William is the son of Aphrodite. Not only is he the perfect match for Elyse but he makes you lust for him in a good way ;) talk about steamy!!! he is also romantic my favourite part was when he had the garden created for Elyse gosh!!! Can I have him??

10. Brandon from Once A Full Moon by Ellen Shreiber

Brandon is an outcast and doesn't even care that he is. Confidence is so sexy in a guy!!!!!!

  1. Wow, they all seem like really interesting books! :)

  3. I love that you did all males for this list, I should have given myself a limit so it wasn't so hard to make! I loved Henry as well and Jack was sweet but I am one of those freaks who loved Cole...

    My Top Ten Tuesday!

  4. Mh, I liked Carlisle more than Edward, but to each his own!
